Does Zaniahz.com offer same day shipping?
Most orders placed during a standard business day, Monday-Friday 10-6 pm (EST), will usually ship out the next business day.
Being that we specialize in rare and hard to find items, stock is always coming in and out of the store inventory. There maybe times that
shipping maybe delayed 1 to 3 days. Upon purchase we update your order information with an estimated shipping date. Then we update your order each step of the way: From processing of payment, preparing package for shipment, upgrade to shipping to actually shipping of item. We provide an email all along the way so you always know the status of your order.
Does Zaniahz.com ship internationally?
YES! We ship retail packages Worldwide daily but we do not offer free shipping internationally. We pride ourselves with a special ability to get our items to customers and collectors around the world in pristine condition. Our special Zaniahz Shipping method lets our customers rest easy knowing they are well taken care of. We offer shipping insurance for all International shipping services, even First Class International! Please note we are NOT responsible for custom charges levied on internationally shipped packages. Your government may impose taxes and duties on your package prior to its arrival. You are responsible for these.
If I place my order today, when will I receive it?
The time it will take for you to receive your order depends upon where you live and what shipping method you select. If you live in the United States, we list shipping times on the checkout page and have several different methods to suit any schedule. For worldwide shipping, we offer Express shipping which takes 2-4 business days, Priority Shipping which takes 6-9 business days and of course First Class Mail which takes 4 -6 weeks.
How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Domestic Shipping and handling rates are determined by The total weight of all of the merchandise ordered and the shipping option selected.
(Most items are considered to be one pound or more each, as our shippers do not allow calculations based on fractions of a pound.)
Please note: all orders are subject to verification. Upon check out we list the delivery times and prices to let you determine which of the various shipping options is best for you either domestic or international.

When will my Pre-Order item Ship?
Pre-order items will ship on dates stated in our online catalog but release dates are subject to change at anytime. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and completely separate from Zaniahz. All pre-orders are charged now upon sale check out and like sales items are not able to be refunded. We do this to guarantee your items and get the lowest advanced pricing possible. Once your Pre-order item has arrived it will ship out to you that same day and we will contact you with tracking information.

At Zaniahz we strive treat our customers each as individuals, not as just another sale. Our job is to sell you great, cool stuff and we hope that each time you purchase from us you look forward to your orders arrival. In short we want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something should happen and you If you should need to return your item most of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Returns guarantee and fall under our 14 Day Return Policy. These products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited. Payment will be credited to the original Credit Card or Paypal account used to purchase the products. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 4 weeks of returning your product. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes Paypal or your Credit Card Company to process our refund request.
